Postage & handling is $9.50 flat rate within Australia. If goods are not received within 5 days please email info@amyjean.com.au for a tracking number for your goods. A quote will be provided for International orders.     RETURNS   We hope you love our products but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange, or refund the item price. The original postage is not refundable. you must however, return your goods within 7 working days of the dispatch date.   The item must be in the original condition. The original receipt must also be returned with the item/s. In the unlikely event that the itme is faulty, we will refund the itme price and postage costs (pending inspection and assessment).
